Het landgoed is prachtig. De villa zelf ook. Het is kleinschalig en daardoor persoonlijk. Het appartement was van veel gemakken voorzien. De zwemvijver was met de hitte een uitkomst. Bij kleine problemen met de kamer, werden we snel en adequaat geholpen. Het ontbijt was goed. Wij bezochten Vicenza en Padua. Venetië en Verona liggen ook op redelijke afstand. Goede tip voor een restaurant dichtbij gekregen.
Op de slaapbank lag alleen een 2-persoons laken. Niet ideaal voor zussen. Je kan niet laat inchecken, daar moet je rekening mee houden. De gym functioneerde niet optimaal, apparaten konden niet bediend worden. Water om te drinken/handdoekjes op die plek zouden de ervaring verbeteren.

The extra bed / sofa was not confortable.

staff was superb, but management was terrible. Staff had to cover for the mistakes of management
the management. we booked and paid through booking.com and when we arrived nobody knew we were coming. thank goodness the housekeeper Irene and her husband took care of us. They went far beyond their pay grade.
