Do Rynku dosłownie parę minut na piechotę. Sama lokalizacja super. W mieszkaniu czysto i porządek. Mieszkanie samo w sobie jest ok. Klatka schodowa z windą także bardzo ładnie.
Gniazdka Prądowe na ścianie na której jest telewizor nie działają.Reszta gniazdek działa. Baterie w pilotach od telewizora wyczerpane. W łazience bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem. Z wykąpaniem się jest trochę problem wtedy.
