Clean and well equipped apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
A lot of really good restaurants in the neighborhood.

All equipment seems new. Apartment is located partially on basement level and windows are not that big. These are pros for keeping moderate temperature but there's a bit dark inside though.
Something you won't see on the map is the fact that apartment is located at the end of steep slope. You will have to climb it up everytime you want to go somewhere by foot.
