Elias Garcia II by An Island Apart

Location in the city, walkable everywhere. Pretty quiet. Some issues got improved during our stay.

Poorly cleaned. Dirty windows, broken balcony door, chairs falling apart, broken fridge that was way too cold and kept freezing food and drinks. Bathroom surfaces were badly craked and broken. Living room light was out.

Everything was nice.

Az apartman közel van a belvároshoz, gyalog is elérhető minden. A közelben van a Continente Modelo áruház, illetve több reggeliző, bisztro étterem.

Az ablakokat már régen tisztították. De belül minden tiszta volt. Jó felszerelés volt, de a kistányérokból és a bögrékből lehetne több.

It is close to everything and at the same time it is quiet. Welcome pack with coffee, oil, vinegar and basic spices was provided. Washing machine, dishwasher and necessarry kitchen utensils, even toaster and coffee machine were available.

The apartment itself and furniture are worn out, there is a mould and smell of fungus in the bathroom. The lighting and ventilation is poor, however, during strong wind you could feel it in the apartment as windows were the old wood ones. It is said that change of sheets and cleaning is provided once a week, and sheets were changed. However, it happened that I was in flat when cleaners came, and only very superficial cleaning was done in kitchen area and in the front of rooms, they didn’t even vacuum carpets nor whiped surfaces. Kitchen towels were changed from 2 to 1, paper towel wasn’t replaced, and towel paper was provided less as in the beginning. Though I had to mention that toilet paper was provided after my request with a comment that guests should buy it by themselves when initial provision run out.
