Great big outdoor terrace, good location, main attractions are very close by walking, helpful owner. Also there is a reserved parking spot which is really nice.
No washing machine, no microwave, a bit noisy at times from the street. There is also bedsheet tax of €25/person.

Host Pancrazio was very welcoming to my family, explaining everything about the apartment that we needed to know such as WiFi, air-conditioning, etc. When we needed some assistance, he was very attentive in helping us.
