Room was comfortable. Location was excellent other than parking being a 7 min walk away.
The arrangements for getting in to the property did not load into my phone before our arrival so getting in was somewhat frustrating. Fresher fruit for breakfast would have been welcomed, that offered was rather tired looking.

It was centrally located, clean and comfortable. Sabrina was friendly.
Basic amenities such as liquid soap containers empty; soap bars, sachet shampoo and toilet paper only replaced when requested.

We had a very pleasant stay. The location in the old town, right next to Bastione di Saint Remy, is perfect for exploring the city, and it is also conveniently close to the train station. The rooms were very clean, stylishly decorated, and serviced every day. Giovanni was a fantastic host - very helpful and quick to respond to all our messages. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and really appreciated the possibility of storing our luggage after check-out on our final day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cagliari! Grazie mille di tutto, Giovanni! Il soggiorno è stato perfetto e ci siamo trovati benissimo nel tuo B&B. A presto! :)

location is very central, staff is friendly
parking is not convenient, about a 10 minute walk. The facility is rustic and old; the pictures make it look much better than reality.
