Firstly the staff, each one of them are amazing. They offer assistance above and beyond. And always with a warm smile and desire to make the stray by then, the best! The rooms are beautiful. Large, every little detail was thought of. Clean amazing daily. Great breakfast and service. The owner Anna assisted by Kenya give a warm family feeling. The location is perfict. Quiet place, and a minute from the main shipping area. And it's also near transportation options. . tt is center located, to tour the city. We would definitely come back to stay at this place, whenever we come to the area. Palazzo Ferrucci luxury suites is the best!

Nous avons été accueilli avec un apéritif et deux verres de prosecco. Le service était impeccable. Les omelettes réussites à souhait. La chambre possède tout le confort nécessaire et est parfaitement entretenu. Aucune fausse note durant notre séjour. Nous remercions le palazzo pour son excellence <3
