Überzeugendes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis

Wir haben uns relativ kurzfristig für einen Aufenthalt über den 03.10.25 an der Ostsee entschieden und haben in der Nähe von Ribnitz Damgarten etwas Passendes für vier Erwachsene und zwei Kitakinder gesucht, d. h. zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und einen entsprechend großen Aufenthaltsbereich. Und das Ganze sollte auch bezahlbar sein. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Anlage unweit von Graal Müritz im Wald. Zur Ausstattung gehören vier Fahrräder sowie ein Bollerwagen und diverses Spielzeug. Über Radwege ist man hier gut angebunden und muss nicht zwingend mit dem Auto an den Strand. Die Seebrücke in Graal Müritz ist ca. 3 km entfernt. In die andere Richtung geht´s zum Bernstein-Erlebnisreiterhof, den wir leider wegen des starken Regens nicht mehr besucht haben. Ein Grund mehr, wiederzukommen. Bis zu Karls Erlebnishof sind es auch nur ca. 12 km. Ausstattungstechnisch ist alles vorhanden, auch in ausreichender Anzahl. In der Anlage selbst ist auch ein kleiner Spielplatz sowie ein indisches Restaurant, was wir allerdings nicht getestet haben. Von den Gastgebern kamen alle notwendigen Hinweise, so dass man sich unkompliziert bewegen konnte. Kleiner Hinweis in diesem Zusammenhang an die Gastgeber: die Thermostate lassen sich nicht wie beschrieben bedienen. Es war zum Glück ausreichend warm überall, aber bei der Abreise konnten wir nicht wie gewünscht runterschalten. Und es wäre schön, wenn die Knöpfe der Spülmaschine leserlich beschriftet wären oder ein Zettel dafür bereit liegen würde. Fazit: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die beste Ferienwohnung die wir seit 6 Jahren hatten. Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Kommunikation zum Vermieter war echt spitze. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder 👍👍👍

Es war schön.

Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was man braucht und vieles mehr (XBOX, Spiele, Bücher,…), außer Bettwäsche und Handtücher, die man recht teuer hinzu mieten oder selbst mitbringen kann. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder haben wir nicht genutzt. Kontakt zu Vermietern/Personal hatten wir nur per Nachrichten. Besonders gut fanden wir die vollausgestattete Küchenzeile und allgemein den großzügigen Wohn-/Essbereich.

Das Bad verfügt nicht über ein Fenster, was die Belüftung erschwert. Außerdem schließt die Badtür immer wieder von selbst und man sollte sie nach dem duschen dringend mit einem Gegenstand offen halten, damit eine ausreichende Durchlüftung stattfinden kann. Leider scheint das zu oft nicht gemacht zu werden, da an der Badezimmerdecke bereit viele Schimmeflecken zu finden sind. Außerdem sollte die Beschreibung der Anlage aktualisiert werden, wir haben das beschriebene Lokal gesucht, in dem Brötchen fürs Frühstück bestellt werden konnten. Das ist nun ein indisches Lokal.
