The hostess Ulrike was really forthcoming and caring about our well-being, and quickly to respons to our requests.

The mattress on the sleeping couch was upholsteted with black rubber/plastic. That is not very nice to sleep on even though covered with linen.

Superb

Enough space, two separate bedrooms, clean area and facilities. Also quiet neigbourhood and you sleep well. Shops, restaurants and beach less than 1 km away. If you need more shopping possibilities Rostock can be reached by car within 1/2 hour. Landlady Ulrike was very kind and taked good care for us.

Fridge was pretty small for cooling down four persins food & drinks.

Gerne wieder

Die Lage, das wir eine Erdgeschosswohnung hatten, der freundliche und unkomplizierte Empfang. Den Kindern hatte die Begrüßung durch den Hund super gefallen.

Mir persönlich hat ein Backofen und eine Waschmaschine gefehlt. Gerade wenn man mit Kindern in Urlaub fährt, wäre dies sehr praktisch.

Nicht weit zur Strandpromenade und Seebrücke. Wir sind keine großen Kritiker uns als Familie hat die Unterkunft uns gut gefallen und hat seine Zwecke für unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllt…

Die Wohnungen sind gepflegt und ordentlich, dennoch wäre ein neuer Tapetenwechsel erforderlich… 🤗( im positiven Sinn)

Erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Ferienwohnung.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, konnten schon eher die Ferienwohnung beziehen. Gute Lage, nicht weit zur Seebrücke. Es war alles top, wir empfehlen es weiter.

Ist ausbaufähig.

Die Ortschaft war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah am Strand. Wir hatten alle sehr viel Platz.

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten dreckige Gardinen, Schimmel im Bad, dreckiges Geschirr und die ganzen Schutzkappen waren alle locker an jeder Türklinken. Die Balkontür hat sich nicht öffnen lassen im Schlafzimmer, da wurde der Griff abmontiert. Wir hatten am Montag auch Stromausfall im Bad und kein heißes Wasser. Haben den Empfang angerufen und wir sollten uns selbst darum kümmern. Es wurde nur am Telefon geholfen. Nachbarn beobachten wann Gäste gehen und kommen. Leider ist dies auch nicht sehr kinderfreundlich. Die gebuchten Zimmer von uns wurden auch nicht ordentlich gezeigt und die bekannten Mängel dieser Zimmer genannt.

Freundliches nettes Personal. Sehr schöne Wohnanlage mit allem was man braucht. Ruhige Lage. Abschließbarer Fahrradschuppen mit Lademöglichkeit für E Bikes. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Bäcker in ca. 200 m. Alles OK. Kommen gerne 🙂

Graal Müritz wir kommen wieder, aber evtl. in einer anderen Ferienwohnung.

Es war eine sehr große Wohnung (70m2). Ideal für Familien. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Strand war super (750m).

Insgesamt könnte die Unterkunft eine Auffrischung vertragen, zB. neue Gardinen (fleckig und geflickt), neuer Heizkörper im Bad (verrostet), Dusche sehr klein, wenig Stellplatz im Bad (2 kleine winzige Holzregale), keine Arbeitsfläche in der Küche, Belehrung der Kinder bei Anreise wirkte auf sie beängstigend (sollte ohne Androhungen erfolgen).

Leider gab es in dem Dachgeschoss-Studio kein WLAN. Auch im Untergeschoss war es nur sehr schwach. Abhilfe sollte geschaffen werden, erfolgte in der Woche jedoch nicht.

Im großen und ganzen war ich mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und würde sie wieder buchen.

Die Matratzen im Bett waren ein Traum. Schön fest/hart und nicht irgendwie durchgelegen. Auch die Lage in der Mitte zwischen den Geschäften und Strand war passend. Positiv überrascht hat mich auch, dass es trotz Dachbodenwohnung in selbiger angenehme Temperaturen waren.

Ich hätte mir noch eine Mikrowelle gewünscht. Womit ich nicht zufrieden war, war das sehr schwache W-Lan. Musste dann doch auf Mobile Datennutzung unswitchen um einzelne Hompages aufrufen zu können. Also ich spreche nicht von HD-Streaming, das habe ich erst gar nicht versucht. Naja, war vielleicht der Dachgeschosslage geschuldet.

Zweckmäßiger Aufenthalt an der Ostsee...

Lage ist sehr gut. Personal zuvorkommend,professionell und freundlich. Parkplatz für Auto top und direkt zugewiesen. Anreise, trotz vorheriger Ankunft problemlos und Dank des Einsatzes des Personals vor Ort top.

Küchenausstattung alt und müsste hier und da ausgewechselt werden. Pfannenbeschichtung ist erledigt. Abstellschuppen für Fahrrad nicht ausreichend.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Die Ferienanlage war großzügig gestaltet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Da wir mit der gebuchten Wohnung ein kleines Problem hatten, wurde uns sofort unbürokratisch eine andere, sogar größere Wohnung angeboten. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist gut, kurze Wege zum Bäcker und zum Strand.

Es war alles in Ordnung.

Super Kurzurlaub !

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten schon eher in unsere Wohnung. Wohnung war für unseren Kurzurlaub sehr gut geeignet. Es war ruhig und der Parkplatz sowie Fahrradschuppen in der Nähe. Anlage gepflegt. Die Lage zum Strand und Seebrücke prima. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Gemütliches Appartement für 2 Personen. Kostenfrei Parken ist auch möglich, dafür 👍

Die Küchenzeile war nicht schmutzig vom Vorbesitzer Am ersten Abend war das Kochfeld nicht nutzbar , es wurde nicht erklärt , wie es funktioniert und somit konnte nichts zu essen gemacht werden Wurde erst am zweiten Tag geklärt , da telefonisch niemand erreichbar war Der Lärm während der Dacharbeiten , Sägen , Bohren usw ab morgens 8.00 Uhr war eher unschön. Und störte in der Urlaubsruhe . Der Straßenlärm war mit offenem Fenster nicht akzeptabel.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ruhig, sauber, geräumig, die Pantry-Küche hat eigentlich alles an Ausstattung was man braucht, mit Kamin, der ordentlich warm macht - aber leider ohne Asche-Eimer, der Strand und die Seebrücke sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen, Bäcker um die Ecke (sogar mit eigener Brötchen-App), weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, sehr nette und unkomplizierte "Managerin" :)

Die Betten - aber das ist halt immer Ansichtssache und bei mir eher "Gewohnheitssache" :) Den kleinen Geschirrspüler in der Küche hätte es aus meiner Sicht nicht gebraucht - was gibt es zu zweit schon großartig abzuwaschen?! Ich hätte lieber einen kleinen Backofen gehabt, sodass man sich auch mal ein Brötchen aufbacken kann, wenn der Bäcker geschlossen ist.

Gut erreichbar, ruhige Lage. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung zur Schlüssel Übergabe mit einem sehr gut erzogenen Hund. Eine Fahrradkarte wurde leihweise überlassen.

Da ich auch mit Fahrrad angereist bin musste Gepäck sehr beschränkt werden. Eine leichte Decke hätte ich mir gewünscht. Aber das ist ein Luxusproblemchen...
