Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Vermieter empfangen und alles in der Wohnung wurde super erklärt. Der Vermieter wäre auch bei Problemen immer telefonisch erreichbar gewesen. Uns wurden Fahrräder incl. Hundeanhänger zur Wohnung gebracht und auch wieder abgeholt. Die sehr ruhig direkt am Wald gelegene Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir können diese uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Die Lage zur Ostsee ist sehr gut. Parkplätz ausreichend vorhanden. Gute Ausstattung der FeWo. Selbst an einen Wäschständer für nasse Badesachen wurde gedacht. Bequeme und große Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Wir hatten 4 schöne Tage im Winter. Was wir also besonders Gut empfanden war die persönliche Begrüßung UND die kurze aber sinnvolle Wohnungsübergabe und Einweisung in Wlan und andere "Technik".
Bad müsste in nächster Zeit etwas repatiert (Duschkopf hält nicht mehr oben, Schimmel oder schwarze Ablagerungen an der Duschtür) werden. Für uns persönlich waren die Matratzen viel zu weich, aber das ist glaube ich sehr persönliche Einstellungen und kein richtiger Kritikpunkt.
