Good location and fantastic view from the terrace.

The location and the apartment itself are fantastic. Thanks to the good weather, we could use the terrace, which is a key competitive advantage of this apartment. We have the equipment we needed, indeed, the host let us have some basic ingredients for cooking and coffee. There is a small bakery and a very special restaurant within a 2-minute walk. It is worth trying some local pastries and dishes. We also had a parking lot in front of the house, which I appreciated a lot.

We were absolutely satisfied, I can not say anything we disliked.

The owner was very helpful and responsive, and the location is great. We were able to park easily and the flat is very comfortable. Trento is also a wonderful base for visiting the Dolomites.

The only challenge for us was the heat - temperatures above 35 degrees and no air conditioning made sleeping uncomfortable. But I guess this happens rarely in that area!

Very nice stay in Trento , because we could fully relax in this apartment which was complete in every way.

Close to the station and city center , nice and fully equipped apartment (incl.‘ kitchen ) and also very clean. The terrace is lovely and spacious . We can fully recommend Roby apartment. Also TV and internet was working very well.

Pleasant stay in spacious apartment on 10 minutes walk from city centre of Trentino.

The bathroom is spacious, the apartment is comfortable. The building is 10 minutes from the city centre by foot. There is a fan.

The disposable sheets were, for me personally, not the best option considering the high temperatures. My family members did not mind by the way.

it was spacious and very nicely kept. the living area / dining room was in one area but it felt very spacious. the bathroom was very clean and everything functioned well. the bed was comfy especially in cold Trento! loved my stay here…

Enjoy the Little things

La casa è confortevole e accogliente. In due più un piccolo animale è perfetta. Peccato che per il meteo non abbiamo sfruttato l'ampio terrazzo con vista montagna. Spettacolo ma io e la mia compagna stiamo valutando di tornare in primavera per rigoderci Trento, la montagna e questo bellissimo appartamento.

Posizione comoda

Posizione comoda a pochi passi dal centro, Appartamento attico dotato del necessario, erano presenti pentole,stoviglie,tovaglia,detersivo… Biancheria da letto e da bagno presente. Self check-in in autonomia seguendo le istruzioni indicate dallo staff nei giorni precedenti, facile da eseguire.

In pieno estate i ventilatori che erano presenti (2) non erano sufficienti, la prima notte abbiamo davvero sofferto il caldo, in casa c’erano tra 29/30 gradi in piena notte, quando all’esterno la temperatura era di circa 23 gradi. Nelle sere successive la temperatura in casa non è mai scesa sotto i 26 gradi, all’esterno invece la temperatura si aggirava sui 18 gradi Non lo consiglio a chi soffre il caldo.

Facilmente raggiungibile e consigliato

Molto comodo per la posizione: piazza duomo raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi, ben collegata dai bus (3 linee). Vicinissima anche alla funivia di Sardagna che porta alla Terrazza Paronamica degli Orsi. L'appartamento affacciava poi sulla montagna, bella vista, godibile dal terrazino, fornito di sedie e tavolino per potersi godere la cena o la colazione all'esterno mentre si vede la funivia per Sardagna in funzione.

La pulizia era generalmente ottima, ad eccezione del filtro della doccia che abbiamo trovato intasato il primo giorno. Segnaliamo anche un piccolo problema nella parte centrale del divano, il quale ha un'asse di legno che cade facilmente. Ad eccezione di queste due problematiche era tutto perfetto.

Pulito e completo di ogni accessorio, dal phon alla moka. Terrazzo molto carino. C’è un parcheggio poco distante.

Per dare un po’ di contesto: l’appartamento è nella zona di Trento più vicina alla montagna, quasi incastonato nella parete, per cui è una zona con meno luce (ma anche più fresca!).

Ottima posizione, casa accogliente fornita di tutto il necessario, lenzuola e asciugami molto profumati e comodi. Bellissima terrazza molto spaziosa. Ho contattato la struttura prima del mio arrivo, sono stati molto disponibili e veloci nel riscontro.

Tolle Preis-Leistung: Einfach und liebevoll.

Kommunikation, Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos und unkompliziert. Parkplatz kostenlos und gleich vor dem Haus. Wunderbare Aussicht. In wenigen Schritten erreicht man zwei tolle Restaurants: Trattoria Piedicastello und ein etwas schickeres gleich nebenan. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man braucht, sogar genügend WC-Papier. Danke!

Das Sofa ist eher unbequem. Aber da wir nicht viel Zeit in der Wohnung verbrachten, fiel dies nicht wirklich ins Gewicht.
