Cape Tribulation Holiday House

Awesome location, you really feel amongst the trees. Walkable to local eateries and board walks. The wildlife in the rainforest here is amazing. The property is really spacious and comfortable, with a large decking. We adored our stay here and would highly recommend it

Incredible building and great location

A beautiful location. The balcony area and hammock with your private rainforest garden was so peaceful.

Unfortunately we had some problems using the oven to heat food and toast up our sourdough bread. I’m sure the owners will fix the knob that had already come off. Woodfire pizza was available just down the road for dinner at the Sandbar.

Schwer zugängliche Stellen und Stellen, die überlicherweise nicht jede Woche gereinigt werden, waren nicht sauber. Einige Fenster konnte man nicht schließen und es gab auch keine Fenstergaze. Den Ofen am Herd haben wir nicht in Gang bekommen. Der Knauf dafür fehlte. Ein Ventilator funktionierte nicht, an einigen Stellen fehlte der Lichtschalter. Das Licht im Küchenbereich könnte heller sein. Im Bad hat es unangenehm gerochen. Generell müsste das Haus mal wieder Intstand gesetzt und grundlegend gereinigt werden. Der Hauswart/Reinigungskraft, die man bei Problemen kontaktieren kann, war telefonisch nicht erreichbar.
