Possition is excelent, calm but few steps from main beach and promenade with restaurants & shops, bus stop. Nice terrace with green around, coffe mashine in lobby with good coffe for 30-40 cents. Not miss on promenad very nice modern with see view terass "Cacao" with the best icecream in our life, sweetened by stevia even with olive oil, and cacao beans from Peru, Bolivia, Sant.Domingo ... and perfect wine (higher price) with snac 2,50eur (olives & cracker). Wonderfull promenad along the see to historical Piran, worth to visit. We recomend to bring own chairs on beach if not, you have to pay 20-70 eur for couple and day. Very good place for sport activities even fishing,

Very small aunts - food has to be in refrigerator, for longer stay is not enough place for clothes, no oven no mikrowave, Parking could be in high season problem, because free parking is also for hotel and when is full you have to pay at oposit parking 0,80 Eur/1 hour or 12,-eur/day. There is not posiibility park free around. But we where lucky :-)
