Relaxing and enjoyable stay

Spacious and clean accommodation with a friendly and helpful host, who really helped us by waiting well beyond the check-in time when we were delayed due to traffic. About 20 minute walk to the town with a very steep walk back up (or you can get a taxi). A nice small outside terrace as well, albeit by the side of a road. A lovely short stay for our family of 5

Sehr modernes Ferienhaus mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist etwas außerhalb, fußläufig schon fast zu weit entfernt von der Innenstadt. Der Sonnenschirm war defekt und wurde nicht repariert. Das Backrohr funktionierte gar nicht. Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt neben einer stark befahrenen Straße, deshalb relativ laut.

Very spacious and clean accommodation

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. It was very clean, spacious, very well equipped. The shortcomings, that we found at the beginning of our stay, were quickly eliminated by the owners. The accommodation has a good location, is on a hill, close to Portoroz and Piran city center. It takes approx 20 minutes to walk to the center...,however be aware - it's a steep hill down and then up again if you want to go back.. We used local transport to get to the center, since we were staying with elderly people. It take approx 10min by walk to Fiesa beach (down the hill), 2min walk to Mercatoror. Very good restaurant is just accross the shop

Es war wunderbar für uns, gerne wieder

Sehr schöne neue Residenzen mit toll angelegtem Garten, Parkplatz… Wir hatten im oberen Stock den Meerblick auf den Gold von Triest. Waren als Family mit erwachsenen Kindern und Schwiegerkindern ein paar Tage hier und fühlten uns beim Grillen gleich wie zuhause.

Ein Pool wäre die Krönung, da man zum Meer schon das Auto braucht.

Modernes, großzügig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus zwischen Piran und Portoroz

Großzügiges, sehr modernes Haus, stylisch eingerichtet und mit sehr guter Ausstattung, 2 große Bäder plus extra Toilette, Waschmaschine. Zentral zwischen Piran und Portoroz gelegen, kleiner Supermarkt und nette Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen.

Etwas langer Fußweg zu den Stränden von Portoroz und Fiesa oder Piran, für kleinere Kinder bergauf sehr anstrengend.

Das Appartment ist völlig neu eingerichtet und mit allem was man/Frau so braucht ausgestattet. Was fehlt sind Kleinigkeiten wie z.B.Pölster auf den Sesseln in der Küche) das Interieur ist ansprechend, sehr gut waren auch die Betten incl. einer ansprechenden Bettwäsche.

Wir würden bei der Ausfahrt unbedingt noch einen Verkehrsspiegel direkt vis-a-vis aufstellen.

Отличное расположение, недалеко от центра и морского пляжа! Прекрасная возможность для пеших прогулок, занятий спортом на свежем воздухе (в наличии тренажеры на воздухе),возможность велосипедных прогулок! Шикарные апартаменты! Очень чисто! Все три спальни с широкими удобными кроватями. Ванные комнаты на каждом этаже. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. На втором этаже удобная гостиная с широкоформатным смарт-телевизором! Есть возможность завтрака в кафе рядом! Соответствие цена- качество идеальное! Отличный выбор для размещения большой семьи! Обязательно сюда вернемся!

Мне не хватило только увеличительного зеркала в ванной комнате!
