Excellent place to stay to explore Lake Maggiore in a charming village.

Cosy and clean, fabulous setting with amazing views of Lake Maggiore. Everything provided for you inc WiFi. Lovely kitchen and lounge, nicely appointed bathroom with shower and nice bedroom with plenty of storage. Very spacious outside terrace and wild flower garden. Free parking nearby, accessed through a secret garden gate! And Viviana, the owner was very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional

We arrived in the middle of the night and it was hard to find the place by address. But, the wonderful hostess (Vivian) came and saved the day. The place is stunning in its beauty. The apartment is located in a beautiful garden overlooking the lake. We highly recommend.

The bedroom has a double bed with 2 twin mattresses and 2 single blankets. We would have preferred a queen mattress and a double blanket

Relaxing and cozy. Wonderful if you like quiet small town living and hiking.

The property was easy to get too but also very private. The village of Gonte is very small with only one road so it was super quiet. And the house was on private property which was fenced in and only accessible with a key. Well marked hiking paths were just outside of the gate and the village and local market was just 2 minutes walk away. We also appreciated being able to walk 10 mins./ or drive for 5 minutes to Ristorante Pizzeria Lago by the main road which had a diverse menu with reasonable prices. We especially enjoyed sitting in the sunny garden every afternoon after our hikes.

I think it would be hard to make this place better. We boiled our water on the gas stove which worked fine. Some people might like a water cooker better. But the kitchen was well equipped. You just had to look around to find what you needed.

Een comfortabele en ruime vakantiewoning, volledig uitgerust met alle benodigde voorzieningen, gelegen op een schitterende locatie in een royale tuin met panoramisch uitzicht over het meer. De woning beschikt over een ruime openbare parkeerplaats die via een directe poort toegang biedt tot de tuin. Binnen vind je een moderne keuken met alle denkbare apparatuur, een gezellige zithoek met een comfortabele bank, en heerlijke bedden voor een ontspannen nachtrust.

Tolles kleines Häuschen mit allem was man braucht für entspannte Tage mit Blick auf den See.

Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und es war alles picobello sauber.

Trotz schönem Wetter fühlten sich die Kleider im Schlafzimmer Schrank etwas klamm an.

Prachtige vakantie aan Lago Maggiore

De mooie locatie, de aangename vakantiewoning en vooral de vriendelijke eigenares en haar familie. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Mooi onderhouden (grote) prachtige tuin. Mogelijkheid om dichtbij te parkeren. Goede uitvalbasis voor diverse uitstappen aan sprookjesachtige Lago Maggiore. Excellent voor een koppel. We komen nog terug.

Ein Ort zum Entspannen

Wir können uns nur wiederholen, ein tolles Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Eigentümerin Viviana und ihre Familie. Es war wie immer ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Wer gern baden geht sollte an den Strand in Cannero Riviera fahren. Nur 10 min. mit dem Auto. Ansonsten kann man von hier aus alles rund um den Lago Maggiore erkunden. Selbst ein Tagesausflug nach Arese (Milano) zum Alfa Romeo Museum und der Besuch im Il CENTRO Einkaufszentrum ist von hier aus sehr zu empfehlen. Auch ein Besuch in der 'BarCentrale' in Nebbiuno lohnt sich. In dieser CafeBar wird man von der ältesten Barista Italiens herzlich empfangen und bedient. Nonna Anna ist stolze 100 Jahre alt. Das Le Betulle ist uns sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Tolles Haus mit klarer Empfehlung!

Ein modern renoviertes Haus auf sehr großem, schönen Grundstück in ruhiger Lage oberhalb des Sees. Das Haus hat alles, um es sich dort gutgehen zu lassen - aber eigentlich locken ja der See und die tolle Umgebung. Es war recht heiß während unseres Aufenthaltes, aber dank Schlagläden, Markise und Sonnenschirm konnten wir es angenehm halten. Die Terrasse ist toll; es gibt Auflagen für die Sitze und für verschiedene Sonnenliegen. Die Fotos und Beschreibungen hier sind alle richtig.

Das Haus hat ein Problem mit Feuchtigkeit im Schlafzimmer. Der Geruch soll wohl mit so einem stark duftenden Lufterfrischer überdeckt werden. Fanden wir nicht nötig, konnten aber auch immer frische Luft hereinlassen. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt könnte aber die Feuchtigkeit im Schrank unangenehm werden, die von uns dort hingelegten Sachen waren am Ende klamm. Bei unseren 9 Nächten war das alles aber kein Problem.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft inmitten eines wunderbaren Wandergebiets.

Ein eigenes Häuschen inmitten einer Parklandschaft mit fantastischem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und den Lago Maggiore - traumhaft! Die Ausstattung der Küche ist überdurchschnittlich. Reichhaltige deutsche Bibliothek, wir hätten unseren Lesestoff zuhause lassen können.

Ein kleines Problem, das aber nicht direkt unsere Gastgeber betrifft: Wir sind mit dem e-Auto angereist und freuten uns, dass es nur 200 m entfernt eine Ladestation gibt. Sie war leider ausser Betrieb und auch der telefonische Service konnte/wollte nicht weiterhelfen. Schade! Das stelle ich in Italien immer wieder fest: tolle und innovative, jedoch schlecht unterhaltene, Infrastrukturen.

Prima verblijf om Lagio Maggiore vanuit te ontdekken.

Het huisje staat op een mooie plek met veel ruimte om het huis heen, waar het heerlijk chillen is. Alles super schoon. De slaapkamer en badkamer zijn een verdieping lager dan de woonkamer/keuken. Grote keuken waarin alles aanwezig is. Fijn om te wandelen. Klein plaatselijk supermarktje in de buurt. Een goed restaurant in de buurt. Gratis parkeren dichtbij (bij postkantoor).

De inrichting van de woonkamer is wat eenvoudig met een grote (slaap)bank. Toen we aankwamen was er waarschijnlijk net schoongemaakt met net wat teveel schoonmaakmiddel wat meer dan een dag bleef hangen (zware parfumlucht, leek op geur van autoverfrisser of zo). Je hebt zeker eigen vervoer nodig als je dit huisje boekt.
