Accueil génial, logement très bien équipé et très bien situé

Hosts did supply fans when I asked during extreme heat wave and downstairs kept fairly cool.Great to have english tv channels. Well equipped kitchen, separate toilet is always nice, comfortable bed.Lovely shower and large bathroom. We could keep our bicycles in hallway which was great.Plenty of hanging space very nice towels. Very good wifi no problems with signal at all. Washing machine worked well.

There was no window to open downstairs in bedroom area, upstairs was built into the roof and no insulation so unable to sit in lounge during extreme heat wave, the kitchen window opened onto a small roof with catbpoo and cat vomit on, I washed it down but it would have been nice to have been washed down before our arrival.I had ticked with booking.com that we would arrive between 6 and 7pm but I dont think host got it. Noone there when we arrived, phone number was only sent that day and I had no wifi all day. .Luckily a neighbour got me onto wifi I then saw the phone number which neighbour rang for me.It was extremely hot so hard not being able to get in straightaway, neighbour also bought us water whilst we waited. Road noise ok if you shut window but tricky in summer.

Le séjour s'est globalement bien passé et nous avons apprécié plusieurs points. L'appartement était très propre, et nous avons trouvé que la présence des bouteilles d'eau était une attention agréable. Un grand merci pour le départ tardif à 13h, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre dernière matinée sans nous presser.

Cependant, nous avons quelques retours qui pourraient améliorer l'expérience des futurs voyageurs. La température de l'eau de la douche était très difficile à régler et était limite brûlante, et nous avons noté des traces de calcaire importantes. Certains équipements manquaient (éponge, produits vaisselle et de toilette), l'aspirateur n'était pas fonctionnel et le bac du sèche-linge était plein. Enfin, nous avons été déçus par l'accueil téléphonique, ayant été raccroché au nez, même si la situation a été réglée par la suite par SMS.
