Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und schön eingerichtet. Das Doppelbett ist sehr gut. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend. Unseren PKW konnten wir direkt vorm Haus abstellen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern und Rad fahren. Schöne ruhige Lage. Der Strand ist in ca. 20 Minuten durch den Wald und dann über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen. Man sollte also gut zu Fuß sein. Was außerdem positiv ist, dass man mit der BINZER BUCHT CARD einige öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen kann und vorallem auch die öffentlichen Toiletten.
Der Zugang zur Souterrainwohnung ist separat durch einen Kellergang, in dem es sehr nach Heizöl gerochen hat. Da kann man nur schwer Abhilfe schaffen. Kennen wir aus eigener Erfahrung. Wenn die FeWo-Tür geschlossen war, roch man nichts mehr.

Die Umgebung einfach Super, sehr Zentral,zum Strand oder zum Einkaufen.Natur Pur, egal wohin man Fährt. Die Vermieter der Ferienwohnung waren sehr Lieb und Freundlich,alles sehr gepflegt und Sauber.Toll ausgestattete Wohnung,mit eigenem Eingang ,mit allem was man braucht und dazu ein kleiner Garten mit Sitz-/Grillecke.

Die Wohnung ist leicht zu erreichen (etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus) und gut gelegen (in der Nähe der Promenade, Strand, Wald, See, Supermarkt). Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, super angenehm und sauber. Andreas und seine Frau sind super Gastgeber! Sehr nett, freundlich und sehr aufmerksam.
