Sehr schönes großes Appartement, genügend Platz, ruhige Lage,gut ausgestattet
Bsp. keine Mikrowelle vorhanden ( hätte man für den Preis erwartet),die Tiefgarage ist sehr gewöhnungsbeürftig

Locatie is aantrekkelijk, dichtbij strand en boulevard en de Razende Roland is dichtbij. De krijtrotsen zijn heel indrukwekkend. Binz is een heel mooie badplaats. Veel winkels en restaurants. Sfeer is prima.
De residentie ligt bovenop de Klunderberg. Men moet dagelijks klimmen wat behoorljk inspannend is.

Es ist ruhig, kein Straßenlärm. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut geschnitten, die Küche ordentlich ausgestattet. Eine Haltestelle des Ortsbusses befindet sich ganz in der Nähe.
Es gibt kein WLAN, das ist heutzutage nicht mehr akzeptabel, Der Fernsehe ist veraltet, kann auf den ersten hundert Kanälen nichts empfangen (auch nach Senderdurchlauf nicht). Nur mit viel Geduld findet man dann einen Sender. Bodentiefe Fenster im Erdgeschoss und kein Sichtschutz. Es gab für zehn Tage nur ein Handtuch und ein Duschtuch, alles weitere nur gegen Aufpreis.
