Balcon, barbecue mis à disposition, propriétaires discrets et agréables, situation géographique (proximité avec la Marmolada), globalement calme.
Lit superposé qui grince. Éclairage à moderniser, notamment le plafonnier dans la salle de séjour et l’éclairage de la cuisine.

Clean and functional, except internet was intermittent. Good location.
Internet and WiFi was weak. Some renovations could counteract oldish style. Renewing towels, bedsheets, light bulbs would add a lot to the feeling of the property with minimal investment.

Nice location, cheap accomodation, clean rooms and bathroom.
Two single beds are in reality bunk bed, which wasn't problem. It was bad that they made a noice everytime when someone mooved.
