About this apartment rental

Three-room apartment (Energy Class DEPgL: 129.86 kWh / m2 per year) inside the Edelweiss residence; located next to the Marmolada cable car and at the arrival of the longest slope in the Alps, the "Bellunese" which is part of the "Dolomiti Superski" ski area. The entrance of the "Serrai di Sottoguda" natural park is m. 200 from home. A few meters away you will find: ski school, shopping, sporting goods with ski rental, bar, food shop and indoor swimming pool. It is the starting point for walks and summer excursions through the woods, with mushrooms, and for strawberry, blueberry and raspberry huts.
Next to it there is the bus stop that connects the departure of the Padon chair lift, and the departure of the Arei ski lift, with Sottoguda, Rocca Pietore, Caprile, up to the village of Alleghe, 13 km away. where there is the lake, the ice palace and the cable car, open all year round, which leads to the Monte Civetta ski area.
At 100 meters there is the SPA of the Hotel Marmolada which offers a fee for the sauna, Turkish bath and emotional shower

Spacious and comfortable two-bedroom apartment with all the necessities with an unbeatable view! Right at the base of the Malga Ciapella funivia. A perfect summertime two-week stay for the whole family. Hikes starting right outside the front door.

The apt. was actually larger than the pics, which was a nice surprise. The beds were all comfortable. The apt had a nice balcony. I really enjoyed the ski resort. Skiing the sella ronde was a lot of fun. The only minor gripe was that the wifi had a data limit. (With 4 people in the apt, we hit the limit on our 3rd day.)

Spacious apartment with all you need for a comfortable stay

Ideally located within a few minutes walk to Marmolada ski lift for an early ski down the glacier (the best time which certainly wakes you up & a great view at the top!). Plenty of hot water for all to have a shower both in the mornings and after a full day's skiing around the Sella Ronda & beyond. We'll need to return for another week to cover it all. The only minor "problem" we experienced was electricity failure when using hob & oven and other electrical items at the same time. This was easy to reset so wasn't too much trouble.

Großzügige Wohnung, gut geschnitten. Leider sind die Nachbarn abends laut oder vielmehr die Wände dünn. Man erreicht die Marmolada fußläufig es dauert aber, bis man in Arraba und dann im Superski-Gebiet ist. Aber man schafft mit frühem Aufstehen die komplette Sellarunde!

Le foto non rendono bene l'idea. La casa è ben arredata ed estremamente spaziosa, soprattutto la zona giorno. C'è un terrazzo fantastico con una vista bellissima, peccato manchi un tavolino per farci colazione (giusto per cercare il pelo nell'uovo). Zona silenziosa, comodissima a molte belle passeggiate. Dotazione ampia, c'è perfino la centrifuga per l'insalata! Consegnato pulito in maniera impeccabile. C'è l'ascensore, molto comodo quando si viaggia con una tonnellata di bagagli. Ultimo dettaglio, positivissimo, non c'è il WiFi e internet prende poco, quindi la vacanza diventa VERAMENTE VACANZA!!!

Eine einfache, aber sehr gute Unterkunft. 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohn-Essküche, Badezimmer mit Wanne. Die Lage zur Gondel ist wunderbar, Skier aus dem Keller und hingelaufen. Abends mit der Talabfahrt zur Unterkunft. Freundlicher Empfang, es wurde alles erklärt und auch die Abreise lief problemlos. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Skiurlaub, vielen Dank für alles!!

Appartamento pulito e spazioso e confortevole, gradevole la disposizione che apre la vista sulla valle. Ho trovato il proprietario disponibile . Io e la mia famiglia siamo rimasti contenti. Spero lo stesso trattamento anche in futuro.

Het is een op zich net appartement. Voor ons tweeën ruim genoeg. Prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk balkon. We kunnen ons niet voorstellen dat er hier 5 of 6 mensen kunnen verblijven, daarvoor lijkt het te klein. De inrichting is sober, er stond dat er een koffiezetapparaat en een strijkplank zou zijn, beiden ontbraken. De zitbank is tevens slaapbank en veel te laag om op te zitten. Het bed in de slaapkamer is niet comfortabel. De inrichting van de keuken is matig. Veel glazen en bekers met schade. Niets is in 6 voud aanwezig. Samengeraapt set borden, mokken en niet 1 bier- of wijnglas. 16 messen, 6 vorken en 4 lepels, wonderlijk. De ontvangst was allervriendelijkst! Ondanks bovengenoemde toch een leuk verblijf van 14 dagen gehad.

L'appartement est bien équipé, propre et spacieux. La literie est de bonne qualité, bien ferme et équipé de duvets bons chauds. Guido, le propriétaire (qui est très disponible) est en train de faire installer la connexion internet qui n'est donc pas encore en fonction....Mais il y a une solution assez simple: acheter une carte SIM chez TIM pour touriste, valable un mois pour 30€ les 4Gb. Je conseille vivement cet appartement ! Sandro, le 25.02.2017

Location agréable et très calme en cette période

La location était fonctionnelle , simple et propre, largement assez grande pour les 3 personnes que nous étions. De plus elle est très bien située ( au pied du téléphérique de la Marmolada) et était très calme ( en cette période) au point que l'on a pu observer des biches au pied de l'immeuble pendant plusieurs nuits. Juste un petit bémol sur l'accès internet annoncé et qui n'existe pas dans l'appartement, on peut simplement capter via le réseau satellitaire ( le signal est faible) par un smartphone ou une tablette. Le contact avec le propriétaire ( ou son représentant) s'opère en toute cordialité et confiance. Donc en résumé un excellent séjour

Abitazione confortevole, dotata di tutto il necessario, in posizione tranquilla e con splendida vista sul versante sud della Marmolada Ottima disponibilità del propietario per qualsiasi chiarimento e ottima disponibilità delle persone in loco. Migliorabile la pulizia di frigo e cucina, anche a fronte del pagamento obbligatorio per la pulizia finale.

This apartment is equipped much better than ordinary. Ideal if you go just skiing and no need for additional services like pools, shopping, etc. Apartment owner was very helpful and we had no problems with anything.

The acommodation was good equiped, clean, comfortable, with well furnisched kitchen. The beautiful view from the windows and balcony on surrounding mountains, close access (by foot) to the lift to Marmolada Glacier. Friendly and helpful personal.

Appartamento super accogliente e con tutti i comfort, vicinissimo alla funivia della Marmolada. Per chi non scia ottima la possibilità di accesso all'area Wellness del club Valtur a 50m dall'appartamento.. Il proprietario super disponibile per qualsiasi domanda..molto gentile e chiaro nei dettagli. Sicuramente da ripetere!!
