Possibility of round-the-clock settlement. Own free parking. Enough equipment for an overnight stay.
High humidity, but this is typical for Riga in general. Dirty bed linen with stains and hair that had to be changed. Which the night manager kindly did. A common story for hosts from Riga: they insist on a city tax on minors, although children under 18 are excluded. Booking.com includes this illegal requirement in the booking conditions.
