We were a family of 5. The apartment has 2 rooms that were clean and well-kept. There were enough towels for all of us. Kitchen appliances were enough to cook.
We also appreciated the two sofas that came with the house.
1. The check-in was a bit difficult; fortunately for us, a staff member met us struggling and assisted. That was helpful.
2. We left the windows open as it was a hot day, went out; upon return, the rain had made it to the living room. I believe the host should warn their guests of that potential event. Luckily, it wasn't a massive flood and caused no damage.

This is spacious apartment with thick walls, so it is quiet inside. I loved the big beds with 4 separate blankets, which is not so common in case of double beds. You can choose if You want to use bath or shower, which was also very nice. Secure parking was available that I loved. This is good apartment and location in Riga, there are very nice and highly rated authentic restaurants just nearby. We have rented the same apartment before and will stay there if returning to Riga again.

Great location, just a short walk from the city center. The apartment is very quiet since it faces the inner courtyard rather than a busy street. It truly feels like a real apartment and not a small hotel room, which made the stay much more comfortable. I could easily walk my pet nearby as well. Amazing, spacious private parking in a gated courtyard. In the city center, this is a real rarity!
There is an elevator, but you still need to walk up a few steps between floors: however, it wasn't an issue at all.

the apartment had everything, one would need - well-equipped kitchen, washing machine. but it is quite rundown.
the bed was the worst we had ever slept in. it was a spring mattress with large springs. it was terrible to sleep in. the smoking area was right under our bedroom window.
