A localização é excelente, perto das portas da cidade e da zona central, com vista para a baía de Angra do Heroísmo. O alojamento é espaçoso e bem arejado, todas as divisões estão bem equipadas. O quarto tem uma boa cama e cozinha bem apetrechada. Também destaco a existência do Páteo interior, muito agradável para tomar um café.

The place is nice, good location. The property manager, however, could have been more interactive. Though he responded accordingly to all my questions, there could be more information. There was a second floor that has never been explained, as an attic door full of things on the stairs. I'm sure the attic could provide a good view of the sea for who would seek for it.

The boiler is an electronic gas boiler. Sometimes, due to cold temperatures, the gas does not hold the pressure or ignition does not happen accordingly, which means that to have a hot bath you will need to turn off and on several times. Eventually, gas smell can be felt and you should stop to avoid accidents. For a stay, I think it's too much work and danger. The manager should change this boiler in something better and more reliable.

The apartment is a nice size and in a central location.

Communication from the host before check in was nonexistent. We messaged about leaving our luggage at the apartment until check in which was agreed, however, when we arrived we were not able to access the property and when we called the host, he blamed miscommunication between him and his wife. This left us waiting in the rain for 15 minutes for him to arrive. The listing advertises the accommodation as having a 24-hour front desk, restaurant and a terrace with sea views. None of this is correct. It's a single apartment - how could there possibly be a front desk and reception? Odd. There is a small terrace to the back of the property, but this most definitely does not have sea views. The shower pressure is weak and there seems to be a lack of hot water in the apartment - it only ever seems to reach lukewarm temperatures. The kitchen isn't well equipped - there wasn't even a towel to dry dishes with. Finally, as other guests have mentioned, there were quite a few insects crawling around the kitchen. Would not recommend.
