La casa es ideal para pasar unos días tranquilo con unas vistas de ensueño. La terraza es lo mejor de la casa.
Aunque es algo normal en Azores, los armarios y cajones huelen mucho a humedad. Pero nada que pueda restar puntos a la casa. El que conoce las Islas sabe que la humedad siempre existe.

La posizione e la vista sono eccezionali, proprio di fronte alle Ilhas das Cabras. Sulla destra si vede anche Angra do Heroismo e, nelle giornate limpide, le isole di Sao Jorge e Pico! Bellissimo fare colazione e cenare sul patio con questo panorama! La casa è dotata di tutto e la proprietaria è molto gentile.
L'interno è un po' umido, può dare fastidio a chi è un po' più sensibile.
