The location is absolute top! Cross the bridge and you're in the old town.The apartment has everything and Fabrizio is at hand and is very helpful,

Posizione comodissima, parcheggio privato utilissimo e camere, insieme all’area comune, pratiche e confortevoli in ogni aspetto. Fabrizio, l’host, è molto attento e amichevole, indubbiamente la ragione per cui tornare al B&B Tufilla in una futura nuova visita ad Ascoli Piceno (città quanto mai sottovalutata).

We had not expected other guests on the property? (maybe we didnt read the information clearly?). Our room was TINY compared to the other room in the property (for the same price!).
