I travel to Tenerife a lot and this is the best apartment i stayed so far for 120 euro a night.
Communication is very poor prior arrival and i would invest in a nice mattress as sleeping is the main usage of the apartment.

Easy check in the apartment had everything you could possibly need and the location was excellent just off main strip.a 5 min walk to restaurants/bars and a little more to the beach.
The apartment block itself didn't look great

Good location
Apartment is tired.
Bathroom, kitchen and bedroom all a bit run down.
Bed not very comfortable.
Lots of weird random items (like cheap disco lights from looky looky men), the safe was just about big enough for a passport to fit in. Apartment building also run down and needs some maintenance.
