GREEN AGAVE by Welcome Tenerife

The apartment is very clean with loads of natural light. Modern furnishings throughout the apartment. Well equipped kitchen with full size fridge. There is a washing machine and iron. The apartment has a separate dining/seating area away from the kitchen. The balcony has beautiful sea views and comfortable patio furniture. The apartment is a short walk to the beach and also a short walk in the opposite direction to Siam Park and Siam Mall. There is a large swimming pool with loads of loungers and umbrellas. The pool has a shallow section and a much deeper section for better swimmers. The pool area is well kept and very clean. The immediate area has a cafe, butchers, green grocery and hardware shop. The complex is very secure. Dominika met us to show us around the apartment and hand over the keys. She was extremely helpful and a delight to chat to. She was always available during our stay. There is a busy road close to the apartment but it didn't affect our stay or our sleep.

Appartement ligt kort bij allerlei voorzieningen en het strand/ boulevard.

De matrassen waren erg smerig. In de avond en nacht veel geluidoverlast van busstation en snelweg.

- ottima posizione rispetto al paese - luminoso, accogliente e posizione panoramica - cortesia e disponibilità dello staff

- in una camera mancava la tenda interna ed era impossibile dormire per la luce (il problema tuttavia è stato segnalato e risolto) - acqua calda di poca durata (il problema tuttavia è stato segnalato e risolto) - pulizia non impeccabile (povere e capelli lunghi sparsi in giro) e asciugamani con macchie - la doccia perde acqua - mancavano mollette per stendere i panni
