La posiIone centralissima per raggiungere locali, supermercati, ristoranti e la spiaggia. Ben collegato anche all’autostrada se volete girare l’isola e ha il posto auto interno alla proprietà. Casa dotata di ogni comfort, dagli utensili per la cucina, la lavatrice, tv, ferro da stiro. Uno splendido terrazzino dove poter fare colazione e aperitivo che dà sui cortili fioriti della proprietà, molto curati. Molto accogliente così come il proprietario super disponibile.

Un piccolo appunto solo per il bagno che a volte puzzava un pochino, ma lasciando la finestra e la porta chiusa non abbiamo avuto problemi.
