Labai geras privažiavimas, naktį privatus, uždaras vartais ir saugus parkingas, labai tylu ir ramu naktį, galima pailsėti bei išsimiegoti. Patogus kambarys su atskiru dušu ir wc, šiltas vanduo, pilna virtuvė buities reikmenų. Atskiras įėjimas į kambarį su balkonu iš kiemo. Maloni ir svetinga šeimininkė, nelindo bei neįkyrėjo klausimais dėl patogumų ar panašiai.
