Everything what you need for a one night stay
Radiators don’t work but there is a fan that you can use

- big "+" for window-blinds (useful in the mornings when there's daylight from 5a.m.),
- no extra fee for the dog,
- room on the 1st floor, with own door,
- the room big enough even for two people I think,
- big (and quiet) fridge in the room, big TV (sometimes owners put "mini" TV on the wall),
- nice and friendly owner,
- big/comfortable bed,
- tea, coffee, sugar included (or the previous guest just left them),
- full equipment to cook (microwave, electric cooker, full of pots, cutlery, dishes)
these don't influence my feedback:
- when entering the room some little hangers/hooks on the wall would be very useful to hung up the jacket,
- also no little night-lamp

Location is good, room looks deacent enough, ok balcony
Not really clean, basic things missing like more sheets as for 4people room, burn out light bulbs, fridge with ice coating, although it was later resolved with the manager. Got broken sofa, balcony is in the works, leaky roof into balcony
