Ubud Lestari Villa

Very disappointing experience – would not recommend We stayed at this property as a couple and unfortunately, our experience was deeply unpleasant. Here are the most serious issues we encountered: • In bungalow number 4, the bathroom is open at the top, which can be a nice design – unless there is a camera installed on a nearby building pointing directly toward the shower area. That was exactly the case. The moment you take a shower, you’re clearly visible from outside. This is a serious privacy and safety concern, and we felt extremely uncomfortable. • We accidentally left behind valuable earbuds and a memory card in the drawer. Only after asking via WhatsApp were we told the card had been found – no one informed us earlier, even though they had the means to. When I came back (2 hours by taxi), the cleaner immediately started explaining himself, saying he had found only the card. The receptionist also suspiciously asked where we were headed next – as if they were waiting for us to leave Bali before replying. We strongly suspect that we were stolen from, as only the less valuable item (the memory card) was returned, while the expensive earbuds mysteriously “disappeared.” • The owner appears to be working with local taxi drivers to block online taxis. There was a rope at the entrance to physically prevent online drivers from picking up guests. While an online ride costs 28k IDR, their local drivers quoted 150k for the exact same trip. Even when we offered 50k – which was already generous – they refused. • We witnessed strange and intimidating behavior toward the staff. When the owner showed up, the atmosphere changed dramatically – staff went silent and looked visibly nervous. A waitress even approached us (clearly loud enough for the owner to hear) asking where we had gone that day and reminded us to use their driver service the following day.

This is a small paradise with exceptional service. Located in a calm area but with good bike or car connection to every sightseeing. The restaurant is over expectatios. Delicious food, outstanding service. Guest are treared like loved family members. The prices are lower than in other locations we traveled to. There is a big and clean pool. Highly recomended for the stay with family.

I liked everything

I recently stayed at this villa and had a really pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the villa so clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location is also very convenient, close to local attractions and greenery relaxation the pool so amazing One highlight of my stay was the breakfast and lunch and dinner There was a good variety of food options including both Western and local dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and everything was well-prepared. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and the made-to-order omelet station. Breakfast and Dinner Rating: 5/5 Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again!

It's not ubud central no matter what booking.com says. Location is not correct on google maps either... lost for an hour. No response from the manager..... Local had to show me down a 4 wd track...... But... Once settled I.. very cool very bali accommodation Great vide Wonderful bathtub Lovely pool area Good breakfast included. If you want a true bali experience. And don't mind 20 minutes scooter to the centre of ubud. It's a BARGAIN

The resort location was quiet and off the beaten track. The room and pool were lovely, and the grounds very well maintained. The staff were all helpful and friendly although it would have been good to meet the person in charge, because there were a few simple things that could make the place run a lot better. I would definitely stay again and we must all remember that tourism is only really starting up again, so it is difficult for resorts to run with very few guests. For the staff it must be boring. So occasional mistakes or minor problems should be expected and forgiven. It was wonderful watching the blessing rituals being performed. A real tradition, not a show for the tourists. You could walk out of your room and within one minute, be looking over a perfectly planted padi field. And you could hear ceremonies from nearby villages very faintly. Not loud enough to disturb you, which just added to the sense of real Balinese life.

There was nothing I did not like. It felt a little strange to order your breakfast the evening before, but I can understand that they would only want to buy a very small stock of fresh food to avoid waste. At times I was the only guest but I enjoyed talking and joking with the staff using Google translator. The only thing missing was the personal touch of meeting with the boss/owner, or even knowing who was the person in charge.

Very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend for stay in Ubud.

Staff dealing, welcoming and help Swimming pool

The place was little pet far from City and there was insects and mosquito and gecko.. I heared it is available in most ubod villa

The Pool area was nice and the rooms were comfortable with a big bathroom and good showers.

There was no eftpos available to pay. Then we were continually asked for payment the next day like we were going to skip out on the bill. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and only 1 towel which we had to go chase up with staff. We ordered coffee from the onsite bar only to be told 30 minutes later they had none.

The staff were lovely, however it felt as though they were young and having to deal with things they shouldn't need to i.e. no stock for the restaurant.

The private villa we stayed in has a bad damp problem - likely to be both rising and penetrating damp caused by the shower on the other side of the wall which doesn't drain away properly. The bathroom sink was stained with mould. I understand it's a humid country and the bathrooms have the outside feature, however our friends rooms didn't have this issue. The restaurant wasn't stocked with soft drinks even though we asked every day. Most of the breakfast menu wasn't available due to lack of stock. We could understand if the property had sold out due to it being busy but they just didn't have anything in. We had to pay for our stay via cash or bank transfer, there was no card reader when we arrived.

The place is great for family staycation away from the city. There is a kitchen, cooking area, and utensils are available to use. We booked the villa with 2 spacious rooms and a private pool. They also have a good hangout place with the rice fields in view.

The staff so friendly. The food taste so good! Especially the mujair nyat nyat. Bathroom and bed room is clean.

Some of the lamp is broken Ants every where.. No cooking equipment. I even can't make hot tea Villa need maintenance to makes it look fresh and new.

Il posto è tranquillo e pulito, lo staff accogliente, simpatico e gentile. Il ristorante offre sia cibo tipico indonesiano sia internazionale ed è molto buono. Il centro di Ubud è facile da raggiungere con Grab

Осталась в этой гостинице на 4 дня затем продлила на месте еще на 5 дней После продления, а заплатила я цену включая завтрак, полную. С меня вдруг решили начать брать за дополнительный кофе утром, за дополнительную порцию тофу на завтрак. У меня завтраки Веганские и как вы понимаете в целом для меня выбор не большой везде. Начали мне объяснять что в завтрак входит всего 1 порция чего-то там и за все дополнительное я должна платить Впервые встречаю такой сервис. А путешествую я всегда и много! В общем хоть сами балийцы и милые но конкретно в этом месте я бы не остановилась больше!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avce 2 ado, dans la villa 2 chambres avec piscine. La villa est très belle, bien équipée et parfaitement entretenue. La piscine est très agréable. Le personnel est souriant et toujours aux petits soins. Le petit dej est varié et copieux. L’emplacement est à l’écart d’Ubud, au calme mais reste facilement accessible en scooter ou Grab. Seul petit bémol c'est un court tronçon de route avant l’arrivée qui est en tres mauvais état. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse ! Terima kasih banyak !
