Property located in a peaceful province area, beautiful rice field nearby, a complete quite, peaceful experience, staff were amazing , helpful & friendly, especial Mr Ayom he was kind , & friendly.overall perfect

Everything, the service, food, the villa was really nice too.
They were doing some construction and it disturb us in the morning. But besides that everything was great!

The property was well staffed and they truely wanted to be helpful. They were kind and cheerful. The language barrier was a problem when trying to explain a smelly bedroom. We had staff come over 4 times to conduct cleaning and I felt quite uncomfortable having staff access our rooms without warning.
All of the locking mechanisms on our doors were dodgy and one of our villas was missing a set of keys. The two bedrooms could be locked but main access into Villa could not. R locked up. We could not use 1 bedroom in our villa because of a very strong odour coming from the bathroom drainage. Even after 4 attempts at extra cleaning by the staff unfortunately we could not use this room.
