Great location and lovely clean rooms, staff lovely and welcoming, really good value, lovely big bed
Table in dining room is low and difficult to get legs under, bed linen not the best quality but was still comfortable

Location and the friendliness of the staff. I loved the bath. It was nice to pop down for a nightcap
The shower was hard to regulate the temperature and was stuck on tepid or cold. No shower gel / wash or shelf to put it on. Towel drying was a bit difficult as lack of hanging space.
