Perfect flat close to the airport and dining

This flat was the perfect location for our family prior to an early morning departure from Glasgow airport. It was very clean and lots of great restaurants nearby.

Parking can be a challenge as there is no parking space and we got lucky with a spot that opened up as we arrived.

2 day stay, very happy.

The host was very understanding of our delayed travel time and happy to keep updating the book in time. Hamid was friendly and welcoming. The flat had everything we needed and was bright and airy. The beds were comfortable and curtains thick to block light. The heating control was easy to use and made flat cozy. It was a very short walk down to shops, so nice location for our needs. TV had all the usual streaming apps to log into. A beautiful old church just across the road.

Only issue was the unexpected 7am wake up by the window cleaner on the Thurs morning. It gave my daughter a fright, although she quickly realised what it was she doesn't deal well with unexpected things.

Everything was as expected and exaclty as offered. It was even a bit better because salt, pepper, sugar and coffee powder were available. :-) The location was perfect because the campus of the university is around the corner. The communication with Hamid was very easy as well. I warmly recommend booking this accommodation.

The museum in front of the house is under maintenance. Thus, it was a bit noisy during the daytime.

Townhead Apartments was perfectly located for my visit to Paisley. Easy walk from Paisley Gilmour Station, a few friendly cafes to choose from on the doorstep and a great pub around the corner. Hamid, our host, couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Will stay here again for sure.

Great location in the centre of Paisley 5 minutes walk from the train station. Apartment was really comfortable and clean and warm. Hamid was an excellent host and was very quick to respond to any queries e.g. taxi numbers.

The host was great at keeping in contact and kept us up to date with regards to handing over the keys and advised us on parking for the weekend. Couldn’t ask for a more friendly and helpful host. Will definitely return for another stay.

This flat offers good value for money when compared to equivalent price for two hotel rooms,

I was staying in the flat for practical reasons during a stressful time so I didn't enjoy the stay but I have tried to keep the review as factual as possible. The location was good, a few minutes walk to the town centre, The flat felt spacious with high ceilings and big windows. It was generally clean and felt welcoming. Shower was good and the flat offered a number of amenities i.e. washing machine, cooker, fridge etc. There was a lot of books for visitors to read, toiletries, cleaning products and tea and coffee etc which was appreciated. It was on the first floor of the building so relatively easy to access. Owner responded quickly to emails. The close door had secure entry.

There was a lot of noise from a shop refit that was was happening directly below the flat. I emailed the owner and he explained that the work had been ongoing for a couple of months and unfortunately there was nothing he could do about it. The flat listed a tumble drier under kitchen facilities but there wasn't one. The flat looked a bit tired in some areas and could do with some attention to detail. The front door of the flat was secured by a single yale lock that didn't catch on easily. The beds weren't the most comfortable (although this is subjective and others might find them fine).
