Acacia Apartments Salvia-Rosmarino

Acacia Apartment was exactly what we needed for our few days in Florence. Lovely modern style and was very spacious and clean. Aircon was a god send in the June heat. As we were visiting multiple areas in Italy it was great to be able to wash our clothes in between travelling. Location is great and easy accessible from the central train station.

Beautiful bright airy and clean - great location away from the busy touristy areas but still in the heart of the action and close to a lot of awesome restaurants.

Quite noisy location on a busy street but there are earplugs and you can close the windows.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, it has a great location, we love being in the San Frediano area because it feels like you are away from the main tourist area with plenty of places to eat and buy groceries, but only a short walk to The Arno. The apartments are clean and comfortable with lovely towels and bedding provided, we stayed for a month a little while ago and we had everything we needed. The hosts make it easy with good communication via WhatsApp on the day of arrival. It has become our place of choice in Florence.

The TV could be a little larger for comfortable viewing but we didn’t use it much anyway. It can be a little noisy at night, especially at the weekend but you get used to it and obviously there are a lot of stairs up to the property with heavy cases but you can do it in stages.
