The worst experience I have ever had, check my and other reviews!

There was a nice hotel next to the apartament, so we had no problems with finding an alternative xD

The apartment was so disappointing that we decided to move to a different hotel. Why? - The apartment advertised on Booking.com is a scam. While there are many different rooms shown, you will only have access to one bedroom and bathroom. - You cannot lock your room with a key. - The owner also lives in the apartment with you, which should have been mentioned in the description. - Although there is a kitchen present, it is not available for use. - The owner said we could only pay with cash, but we found a terminal in the kitchen. Not nice, ma'am! - The check-in process lasted approximately 45-50 minutes, during which the proprietor provided a detailed explanation of everything. She elaborated on the use of the bathroom and the importance of not splashing water around. She also explained the existence of an air conditioner in the room and why it should not be used. There were many places to store luggage, but caution should be exercised as everything was fragile. To top it off, the explanations were given in Italian, with the assistance of Google Translate, which unfortunately produced poor translations. - The apartment is not welcoming at all, it looks like a museum, and everything is cluttered. You have very limited private space that can't be locked. - We spent 2.5 weeks in Italy and stayed at multiple apartments, but this one was the worst. - We informed Booking about the situation, but they said they couldn't help. Please note, you won't receive a refund. - You do not have to trust me, just read other bad reviews ;)

It was great !

The apartment is located in the city center, next to the post office. The apartment is beautifully decorated, the owner is very kind and hospitable. In the room tv, air conditioning, tea and welcome "Proseco". The owner pointed us to good restaurants and helped us order a taxi. It was great !

Superb

The room, location and cleanliness were excellent. Spacious, with a walk-in closet and a charming bathroom. It is at the city centre as well, so within a walking distance to all main spots.

Communication was slightly problematic, since the only language option was Italian and everything had to be done via Google translate in real time. Also, be aware that the room is located in a separate wing of a larger house, so it is not completely isolated.

Lovely host and lovely suite in Treviso.

Great location close to the attractions of Treviso but also the airport and train station. The host, Egle, was the kindest we have met and she made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Her place is truly beautiful and we would love to stay here again.

It was one of the most comfortable place we booked in Italy. Especially I can notice a very comfortable bathroom with a big bath, which is very useful after a long traveling day. And very cozy room, where you feel like at home. And the mistress of this house allowed us even to print our flight tickets there, which was very nice because it was an evening before an early morning flight and we had no other choice! Eagle give us all needed information about restaurants and how to travel in Venice. Good food in Treviso. Recommended for a city break!

Lovely. I felt welcomed and cared for.

i cannot recommend the place and host highly enough. All my possible needs and questions were answered and anticipated, the suite and house are just lovely and beautifully decorated, the location is perfect. part of the reason for my trip is to research my ancestors and la Signora Lilly was so so helpful! she made calls and researched were to go, who to contact and all. I will always remember her with gratitude and joy.

The most memorable place I stayed in Italy - quirky

We chose this place as really needed to soak in a bath. A bonus we read as we were booking was they had bikes to use. This was super fun and as we were on a short visit it helped us see the sites in time we had. It was quirkier than expected with some great art. We are English and don't have any Italian and the hosts were prepared with Google translate which worked very well to help us. It's a good central location near good bus stops including the airport. Also unexpectedly was some water and prosecco to greet us.

The host was good humoured and I really enjoyed liaising with her and the detail she went in to explain the property and the features, to enable us to use their bikes and many restaurant recommendations. Just be mindful because this property is their own, and the hosts live in wing of it, so they want to give you enough info to take care of it and then have privacy after check-in. This means you need to allow a bit of time for all this to be explained and extra time for translation if you don't speak Italian.

The place is really nice. Very well located. The bed is super comfortable and the bathtub and bathroom are gorgeous.

It was weird that the host could enter to the office located at the same part of the house as we were staying. Keep in mind that there is only a bathtub and not a shower, for us it wasn't a problem but it's different from the shower.

Coffee and tea making facilities should be available in the room. We also should have been warned that it was cash only, no payment by card possible. Strictly speaking something described as a suite should have a sitting room. Also, there was no shower, only a bath.

Nice suite with a good location near the center and close to train station as well. The owner Egle was super helpful and gave us some tips regarding were to eat and visit.

Relax in centro a Treviso

Struttura molto bella e accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare anche dei cadeau quali dolcetti e bottiglietta di prosecco. La camera è grande, con una piccola cabina armadio e una vasca in bagno perfetta per rilassarsi. Il bagno è dotato di tutti gli accessori, compresi spazzolini e kit monouso. La posizione è centralissima, comoda per visitare Treviso.
