Disappointed with little sleep

Well located just outside the old town, quiet neighborhood, unique house

i was certainly expecting to like this place, especially given the overall rating. However, the room is on the 3rd level and was quite warm with no air circulation (and no fan). I opened the one large window and then had mosquitos biting me for hours. Needless to say I didn't get much sleep. And then when I got up and went to breakfast the host was asking if I would be leaving by 9am (checkout is listed as 10am) and seemed disappointed when I said I need a bit more time. I didn't feel too welcome so I hurried out by about 9:20am.

The room is very clean, with facilities and a bathroom attached. Breakfast is included, and I got to choose the time I had it. It’s in a quiet location, but walkable from the station.

The toilet is under the sloping roof, making it difficult to use.

Lovely stay

The house is in a quiet neighborhood although reached from Treviso's centre by bus The family is very welcoming, as is Dylan the dog. My room is peaceful and well equipped. Very comfortable bed and useful small fridge.

There was nothing I did not like. After my long walks coming back to my room felt like home.

Everything! The room is the hole atic lots of space, very well decorated, confortable. Big bathroom, with everything needed. Very clean. And very generous an detailed breakfast. Quiet and peaceful place. Really enjoyed!

Nicely decorated room close to city center with parking, difficult communication with owner

Very well located (main square 10-15 min. walk), clean room with parking and nice decoration. It was really nice to be able to use parking after check out. Breakfast ok (only sweet options), breakfast room and garden beautiful.

Extremely difficult to communicate with the owner (very slow/no answer via text, not answering phone at all), strict check-in time (only after 2pm, but if you arrive at 2pm they still not answer if you ring the bell, we got inside by luck, helped by their neighbour). We asked for a baby cot in advance but never got one. House rules (for example can you use the kitchen anytime?) are not clear.

This place it's absolutely amazing. Beautiful house and garden, the room itself is really stylish and spacious with coffee machine and drinks. The breakfast is delicious and the house owner really helpful and friendly. It is really close to old town. If you need to get to the train station is about 30 min walk. I hope to stay at this place in the first too!

We stayed (2 adults,1 child)for one night before going to Venice and there was everything we needed!

Owner is an architect- design was fabulous. Clean, comfortable place to stay. Very nice view from the breakfast room. Nice Italian breakfast in beautiful plates and cups!

A wonderful stay

Margherita and her father are both very welcoming and make you feel at home. The attic is designer finished and very comfortable. It’s so nice that I didn’t mind going early and having a lazy evening in. It’s walking distance from the train station and the city centre. Will definitely visit again!

Perfect location, clean room, close to bus stop and nice owner. Comfortable, quiet room, air condition, what is important, because it was really hot outside. Good base to go Venice, Verona, Padova and more. If you need take a rest after whole day visiting it is th best place.

Come stare a casa con un amico

E' una mansarda davvero molto bella, spaziosa e ben attrezzata, arredata con molto gusto e fantasia, non lontana dal centro storico, raggiungibile facilmente anche a piedi. Il proprietario è una splendida persona, che svolge con passione e competenza quest'attività. Ho avuto il piacere di dialogarvi a lungo ed era come farlo con un vecchio amico. Mi sono sentito come a casa. Se potrò ci ritornerò molto volentieri. Grazie di tutto

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et le service. La chambre est très spacieuse avec machine à café. Le côté indépendant et proche du centre 10 minutes à pied. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture dans l'allée. Bon petit déjeuner. Parfait.

Gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer in dem man sich wie zu Hause fühlen kann

Die Lage des Zimmers ist perfekt. In 10 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die Altstadt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, sowie hilfsbereit und machte mir ein leckeres Frühstück. Das Zimmer ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank und einige Küchenutensilien machten meinen Aufenthalt perfekt. Es gibt sogar eine Klimaanlage, die ich aber nicht nutzte. Mein Fahrrad konnte sicher im Gartenhaus untergestellt werden. Ich fühlte mich wie zu Hause. Vielen Dank
