Raphael the owner was a fantastic host. Calm, polite and caring. The house he built himself, it is a cosy and stunning piece of architecture. The room is on the top floor, lost of privacy and space. The bed was soft and comfy, the room tidy, the bathroom luminous and spacious. The AC is strong, but not pointed at the bed so easy to sleep. Breakfast is served in the bright Wintergarten overlooking a small green yeard. Easy walking distance into the center.

Very well located (main square 10-15 min. walk), clean room with parking and nice decoration. It was really nice to be able to use parking after check out. Breakfast ok (only sweet options), breakfast room and garden beautiful.
Extremely difficult to communicate with the owner (very slow/no answer via text, not answering phone at all), strict check-in time (only after 2pm, but if you arrive at 2pm they still not answer if you ring the bell, we got inside by luck, helped by their neighbour). We asked for a baby cot in advance but never got one. House rules (for example can you use the kitchen anytime?) are not clear.
