Beautiful house, we had a huge beautiful room. The foos was exceptional, everything home made from the jam to the waffles and cakes. We also had dinner which was delicious . It is a great location to see things around. I loved that there was a pool, a big draw when selecting a place to stay.

The pool opening hours were more limited that expected (11-7), I am someone who like to have a swim before breakfast and before bed when possible but that about it everything else was great and i would return and totally would recommend it

Our room and bathroom were beautiful ; spotlessly clean, spacious, homely and comfortable. We slept well every night. The hosts Celeste and Patrick are welcoming, friendly and make sure you have everything you might need during your stay. The house is situated in a peaceful lane but within a 15 minute drive of a big town with shops and facilities. We chose to have both breakfast and evening meals for the 4 nights . We enjoyed all the food. It is all home cooked and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this chambre d'hote. The best accommodation we have stayed in during many years of travelling in Europe.

We loved everything.

We stayed for just one night in this delightful Chambre d' Hotes. The property is at the end of a small lane opening onto fields and its very quiet and peaceful. Celeste and Patrick the hosts were so welcoming. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. There is even a communal room for guests with table football and a pool table. There is also a fridge for guests to use plus water and a tea/coffee making station. They have thought of everything to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We enjoyed the evening dinner that the hosts prepared and ate in their kitchen with two other French guests. Celeste is a great character and speaks several languages so she helped with translation whilst we were eating. It was a fun night and good cultural exchange whilst watching the opening of the football world cup on the TV in the kitchen! Breakfast was equally delicious taken in the kitchen again. Everything is home made, the jams with fruit from her garden or her neighbours and lovely cakes. It was a great stay and we'd love to come back. The property is just under an hour from Mont St Michel which we visited on our way back to Caen so it's an ideal location.
