Very well equipped little flat - it might seem trivial but having a sharp kitchen knife in a holiday apartment is so refreshing. All kitchen utensils you will need! Bed was comfortable with plenty extra blankets etc... available if required. Laundry facilities were great Living area was a nice size LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - step out the door, take 10 steps & you are on the sand! If the beach isnt your thing less than 5 min walk takes you round to areas with lots of tapas bars, mini markets etc... and a 10 min walk from the bus terminal for the airport bus!

Soundproofing - noises travelled from other apartments Shower area grout & sealant could do with refreshing 2 missing blinds stopped light being blocked out (didnt affect us but if you were utilizing the sofa bed may be an issue)

Very nicely appointed spotless apartment, within seconds of the Canteras Beach (you can walk there barefoot). As digital nomads, we liked the fact that you could work from a little desk next to the windows, and then from another one in the living room. The internet was good. The kitchen has all essentials and the bed was comfortable. The house does not have airconditioning, just a ceiling fan on the main bed. Fortunately when we went, the fan was enough to keep us cool at night. Communication with the host was good.

The check in process is long and laborious, making use of a third party web platform to provide documentation, sign a contract with the owner and pay a considerable amount of money (Euro 200) as a deposit - which is (and was!) returned after check-out. Once the process is completed, the very same app can be used to open the front door of the building (very advanced) and a code is supplied for opening the door of the flat. Once inside a key can be retrieved for the opening of the main door, which makes going to the beach without mobuile phone a bit easier.

Perfectly located beach appartment. Bakery in front serving breakfast on the boulevard.

1. It would be fair to mention in description that, in fact, bedroom is not proper separate room. It is made by inserting walls in living room. So called "bedroom" doesn't have proper ventilation. 2. Bathroom sliding door poorly fitted. In closed position leave a wide gap between the wall and door - not really comfortable especially for girls/women. 3 Contradicting instructions on operator.'s checkin website. In one place it was saying the key should be picked up at the airport where in the other it was instructing to go directly to the address
