Die Lage ist super im Herzen von Las Canteras 🤩😂 direkt am Strand und unweit vom Catalinapark 😊 das Juwel ist der Balkon mit traumhafter Aussicht auf einen Strandabschnitt von Las Canteras und die Nordküste bis Galdar 🤩😁😂 vom Schlafzimmer hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf den hinteren Strandabschnitt und la isleta 🤩🤣 vom Balkon sieht man auch durch die Strassen bis zum Meer auf der Hafenseite 🤩 ausserdem ist der Balkon bei jedem Wetter genial - die Sonne kommt schon früh bis zum Sonnenuntergang- durch Wind und Sichtschutz sitzt man auch bei schlechtem Wetter noch gemütlich und die Markise ist bei Sonne und Regen ein Segen 🤩🙂😁😂🤗

Abbiamo passato un mese molto piacevole in questo appartamento confortevolissimo con una vista splendida sull'oceano dal terrazzino e dalle finestre della camera da letto. Tramonti stupendi! Si trova in una posizione centrale sulla spiaggia di Las Canteras vicinissimo a ottimi ristoranti e bar, vicino alle fermate degli autobus che collegano con la parte antica di Las Palmas, e' anche facilissimo trovare taxi lì vicino. E' molto silenzioso, si sentono solo le onde dell'oceano. All'arrivo siamo stati assistiti da Katerina che ci ha accompagnato e aiutato con i bagagli dato che l'ascensore della palazzina non arriva fino all'attico, ci sono comunque due piccole rampe di scale con un montascale. La cucina è comoda con forno e microonde, nel piccolo soggiorno e nella stanza ci sono tantissimi armadi e cassetti,c'è una Smart tv e un Wi-Fi ottimo. Ci è dispiaciuto partire, ci auguriamo veramente di poterci ritornare.

Migliorerei solo, specialmente per chi si ferma un mese come noi l'attrezzatura spicciola della cucina,,qualche piatto in più, una forbice, qualche piccola teglia. Andrebbe aggiustata la finestra del bagno che era bloccata.

Muy bien equipado,al lado de la playa ,sin ruidos,solo las olas por la noche y excelentes vistas .

Fantastic roof terrace (except for the noisy construction site, right next to it). Beautiful view of the beach, the mountains, and the sea. Super location, well-equipped apartment. The cleaning lady which came in between my two bookings was really nice.

Directly in front of the roof terrace a noisy construction site. Especially in covid times I planed work in the apartment and relax on my own terrace. Therefore the construction side which has not been mentioned before was a really big issue. No hot water during this stay. Questions from me were not answered several times. Appointments were not kept. It was agreed that I would move in within an hour. I had already packed and was waiting for the address. Then I was told, with contradictory excuses, that I could not move in until the next day. Although it's hotel rates, they don't clean or empty the trash in between.
