Obfite śniadanie jak na standardy Włoch i BB.
Klimatyzacja. Jedyny unit AC był zamontowany w dużym salonie znacznie oddalony od sypialni. W sypialni maleńkie okienko u sufitu i wentylator sufitowy. Na zewnątrz fala upałów do 40 stopni C w nocy 30. Można zapomnieć o spaniu. W opisie reklamowym podana jest klimatyzacja ale jej użyteczność wątpliwa.Apartament zagracony w celach dekoracyjnych rozmaitymi bibelotami krępującymi swobodę korzystania z mebli, wymuszającymi uwagę by niczego nie zepsuć. Instrukcje gospodarza wypisane po włosku. Łazienka choć ciekawie zaaranżowana wyposażona w maleńką ,tanią plastikową kabinę prysznicową, niezbyt czystą.
