From the moment we drove through the olive and cypress lined driveway we were completely enchanted by Torre Collevento. What a magnificent place. The grounds, view, hospitality and accommodations are absolutely stunning. We were only sad we couldn’t stay longer.

Blissful. Best Hotel stay ever

It was stunning location. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and as a bonus we ate on the terrace alone so felt like millionaires being in such a location with such personal service. Yet so convenient for both Orvieto and Civitas which we had on our list to visit. Had a beautiful pool and numerous outside areas to just relax whilst being attended to by such friendly and knowledgable staff.

It was heaven on earth just sorry we didn’t stay longer

Site exceptionnel mais l'accueil et le service n'étaient pas à la hauteur prévue.

L'arrivée et l'accueil - nous avions envoyé un courriel plusieurs heures à l'avance pour prévenir de notre arrivée et malheureusement notre message n'a pas été lu donc, la barrière pour entrer dans le site était fermée. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour trouver une solution. J'ai appelé au numéro de l'hébergement et le message demandait d'appeler à une autre numéro et il était seulement en italien avec aucune autre option. Le personnel s'est excusé et nous a informé qu'ils étaient préoccupés par un mariage à venir la semaine suivante. Donc, nous avons eu le minimum d'attention à notre arrivée. Le service était correct sans plus, lors de notre souper, la responsable qui faisant le service n'est jamais revenue pour nous demander si nous aimerions un dessert, du café ou thé. Elle était en grande conversation avec un autre couple assis à une autre table. Nous nous sommes levés et elle n'a même pas bronché pour nous saluer car elle continuait sa conversation. En dessous de nos attentes selon les avis que nous avions consultés pour l'accueil et le service et le wifi presqu'inexistant.

Fint och härlig utsikt. Poolen ligger helt off och det finns ingen sol där nästan för alla höga träd. Värdelös servicepersonal på kvällen, hon gick i sliten T-shirt och tajta brallor. Tjejen som skötte receptionen var dock riktigt bra. Fin frukost.

Eigentlich sollte man solche Unterkünfte geheim halten...

Es war einfach wunderbar. Die Aussicht, der freundliche Empfang ( obwohl kurz vorher ein heftiges Gewitter getobt hatte und den top gepflegten Garten in Mitleidenschaft gezogen hatte), das großartig und behutsam restaurierte Haus, das großzügige Zimmer! Herzlichen Dank!

Nur die Poolfreuden waren etwas getrübt, da während unserer beiden Tage ein Reinigungsgerät aktiv war. Das war aber sicher dem vorhergehenden Gewitter geschuldet...

La location del 1400 e' stupenda, vista mozzafiato. La struttura e' ricca di dettagli e particolari . La proprieta' ci ha accolto fin dal primo istante con entusiasmo. Ambiente cordiale, ben tenuto. Gentilezza del personale. Colazione ricca ed abbondante Un particolare ringraziamento a Greta per la sua ospitalita' e generosita' . Pranzo eccellente con prelibatezze della casa. Abbiano trascorso un fine settimana INDIMENTICABILE. GRAZIE a tutto lo Staff. SUPERCONSIGLIATO
