Très bon accueil, maison très propre avec jardin, au calme dans une zone résidentielle.
Bouilloire et machine à café,frigo dans la chambre. Wifi ,tv ,bonne literie.
Nuitée pas chère et sympa chez l'habitant.!
Les toilettes et la salle de bain sont partagés avec une autre chambre,mais comme nous avons fait Compostelle ce n' est pas un problème pour nous.

Best price available in Carcassonne for this type of accommodation. Located in very nice and quiet suburbs in hills above city, with lots of very nice views, and excellent boulangerie on walk to city centre. Room was OK and bed comfortable.
As other reviews have said, this is literally a room in someone's house, with everything shared. This isn't inherently a problem, but the owner doesn't appear to understand the concept of people wanting rest and quiet in the morning, as there is lots of noise, and the owner wanted to talk lots and there were some logistical complexities (all in French only). So if you are on a budget and are an early morning person, then this will probably be fine for you. If you want a peaceful and relaxing lie-in, perhaps look elsewhere.
