Luna Laguna

We stayed at Luna Laguna for six days and came to this region mainly for the peace and quiet and for water sports. Unfortunately, the surroundings were a bit disappointing for us. The area is not very touristy, there is quite a lot of litter along the roads, and water sports options are very limited. We tried kayaking one afternoon, but the current was far too strong to really enjoy it. There are only a couple of nice beach restaurants nearby. However, Luna Laguna itself was a completely different experience. It is a small boutique hotel with only a few rooms, which creates a peaceful and personal atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Because of the open-air bathrooms, you may occasionally encounter some little visitors — we even had a frog in our toilet one evening! But that is part of staying in such a natural setting. What truly makes this place special is the wonderful staff. From the moment you arrive, they do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. You have a direct contact person who is always available and can arrange or answer almost anything. Breakfast is prepared especially for you, lunch can be arranged whenever you like, and the dinner is absolutely delicious. They also took our daughter’s preferences into account, which was very much appreciated. The surroundings may not have been what we expected, but the hospitality, personal service, peaceful atmosphere and fantastic food made our stay truly unforgettable. Nothing, only surroundings

Endroit incroyable et tellement beau dans un bâtiment colonial avec une décoration soignée et un personnel aux petits soins. Que dire des repas …. Un délice avec un chef et son équipe qui a à cœur de donner le meilleur avec de bons produits Franchement allez-y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçu Spot de kite surf à côté mais autrement pas de grands attraits autour c’est vraiment pour prendre le temps et chiller

Tout était fantastique sauf l’état des canoës qui sont un peu vieillissants

Trés bel hôtel avec chambres spacieuses et vue magnifique sur la lagune. Nous avons été surclassé car l’hôtel était vide. Belle piscine. Dîners délicieux. Un peu excentré mais nous avions notre voiture donc aucun problème pour se déplacer.

The garden with the palmtrees and swimmingpool looked nice. There was only one staffmember working and he was lovely and did the best he could to make me feel home.

Communication by email is slow. The place is hard to find and contacting the owner/manager had no point because his phone was out of order. The place was totally abandoned. After I booked they told me they don’t serve food and there’s no staff. So I couldnt taste the food which looked delicious on the pics. There was also no yoga and no yogamats provided to do yoga by yourself. I’ve spent my time at Valampuri resort which was really nice!
