Perfect place for a nice getaway

Apartment was spacious with good facilities. There were 3 double beds, a nice TV, washing machine and cooking facilities. There is a nice balcony with a good view of the sea. The local area is lovely, there are some really nice walks along the beach and sports facilities which are free to use nearby. We didn't bring a ball but if you like sports, you can play football, basketball, tennis and bowls on the free facilities. There are some nice restaurants in the area, portions are very big. The centre of Zadar can be reached by bus which is about 10 minutes from the bus stop near the apartment for a cost of 12 kuna (approx £1.50). Lots to see and do in Zadar and many excursions on offer.

nothing, only one AC in the living, the rest of the room doesn’t have AC

ants, are everywhere is far away from center and also from the beach (with sand)

We had a great relaxing time here!

The location was perfect for us: Zadar can be reached in 10-12 minutes with bus, the bus stop is in three minutes walk. The sea is almost in front of the house, the public beach is just two minutes walk - it is small, clean, not crowded, and also has a shower, shade and benches. The apartment is clean, well equipped and has a sea view from the window and the balcony. The air condition works well. Kristina is a wonderful host, who cares about details (it can be seen in the apartment), and was also ready to help us when it was needed. :)

Exceptional

We had such a good stay in beautiful area that we decided to stay another night. You can go to swim from right in front of the apartment. Beach is just 5 minutes walk away. Great apartment with all we coud ever need. Quiet area & good sleep! Perfect!

Lieber nicht, Wohnung ist inzwischen sehr runtergekommen

Die Wohnung selbst war schön, Wohnung in einem Mietshaus. Großer Fernseher

Wohnung liegt mitten in einer Baustelle. Kompliziert zu erreichen, jeden Tag wurde eine andere Straße gesperrt. Probleme mit dem Parkplatz und sehr eng. Ein Tag wurde, ohne Hinweis von der Gastgeberin, das Wasser abgestellt. Wohnung selbst war nicht wirklich sauber. Essensreste am abgewaschenen Geschirr, überall Ameisen auch im Bett, Wände gespickt mit toten Insekten, Badezimmerfenster lässt sich nicht öffnen. Achtung, mehrere Steckdosen fallen aus der Wand, eine Steckdose hat einen losen Kontakt

Eine kleine saubere Wohnung ausreichend für Familien mit 2 Kindern. Ein schöner Ausblick vom Schlafzimmer und vom Balkon aus aufs Meer und auf die Bucht.

Die Gardinenstange viel von der Wand. Mein Mann hat dies repariert. War für uns kein Grund dich zu beklagen.
