Location is fantastic, 5 min away from Lerici and 10 min. away from La Spesia. One can take boat tour from Lerici. The house is of old built but well preserve, modest, and surrounded by hills and trees. Nice view from the balcony. Perfect to reach and move around by car
Not a lot of parking next to the house. Some parking in the vicinity. The sidewalk is only on one side of the road and is a sequence of bridges made of wood where the boards are broken and loose and could use better maintenance from the government.
