Clean and good location

Basin is bit small

It is ideally located in the middle of the medina, room was well decorated, bed very comfortable, we enjoyed a great view from our room. The rooftop is beautiful and the gem of the hotel!

Nothing, deal was great, staff was great!

This place is amazing for the price, really beautiful building and great rooftop courtyard, really good location too, easy to walk in from outside the city walls

Excellent location, beautiful property, amazing rooftop.

I really want to give this place a higher rating, but I was disappointed in the level of attention and service. There was no offer of breakfast or even a welcoming tea. My stay was 3 nights, but there eas no offer to clean room or change sheets/towels (at this rate should have been offered). Even though Ahmed came and met me at the taxi to help with my baggage uphill and over many levels of stairs — he was reluctant to do it as I was leaving. Finally I asked if I could hire a boy to help me, which he arranged for, very reluctantly.
