Platypus Cabin isn’t fancy, but it is comfortable, clean and great value! Fast and friendly communication from owners. The bush setting is peaceful and the view from the area is amazing.

Loved the location and the kids enjoyed the friendly wildlife

I liked it had everything a small home has to make life easy... It was lovely to be able to take our dog .. it was very central to hobart and Richmond

Was dirty (to be fair the cleaner said was in a bad state of unclean due to previous tenants) we were unable to check in at 2pm we had to come back at 3pm because of the clean up necessary . It needs a massive 2 day clean and badly stained things replaced .eg the fridge smelled so bad but I could see blood on a plastic shelf .. there were people everywhere that didn't appear to be holiday makers or owners they were revving in cars ..shooting guns and I think must have been throwing aerosol cans into fires by the sounds ..there were young guys in cars and walking everywhere .
