the front desk staff denied I had a reservation when I tried to check in . I had the room paid in full a week prior to my arrival. The staff person said I had wrong hotel and directed me to another hotel. The desk staff later was informed I did in fact had a reservation but gave my room to another customer. I had to stay at another hotel for one night at the hotel’s expense and was able to return to the hotel I had reservation the following day.

The staff were great, even though no one spoke English. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

I was really really upset about the "shuttle" which is a huge lie. They didn't have a shuttle, instead, they ordered me an EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE taxi that cost more than 3 times the listed shuttle price. I could have ordered an Uber myself for far, far less. This is a total scam. The room was nothing like it was described. There was no washing machine as it says, no coffee maker, nothing. There was no coffee at all unless you paid for it out of a machine in the lobby. The breakfast was crap, complete garbage. Nothing listed on their page when booking the room is even available. There is no bar on-site, even though it says there is one. Nothing else was available nor open. The Wifi was not very good quality for remote work and the walls were very thin, doors were hollow and not secure, there was only the very easy to break lock on the door handle - which is worrying for solo female travelers, especially. Everyone slams their doors for some reason.
