El desayuno estuvo rico, el personal fue amable. Tienen pesa electronica para verificar el peso de las maletas. Me Facilitaron guardar el equipaje.

En el momento de la reserva, seleccioné un cuarto en donde la foto mostraba suficiente espacio, habia un escritorio y una mesa en la habitación, pero luego me asignarion el 403, el cual no tenia nada de esas cosas. el dia que realicé el check out vi el 404 que si tenía esas condiciones. Siento que fueron deshonestos con la reserva. No me asignaron la habitación que reservé. Mi pareja no estuvo conforme porque el agua de la ducha salía intermitente entre caliente y fria. Las escaleras son angostas. No hay ascensor. El ruido de la habitación es bastante fuerte por la cercanía con el aeropuerto. El check out es a las 12m, cada hora posterior vale 10mil pesos.

It was close to the airport. There was staff when we checked in and checked out and they were friendly and courteous. It was secure. It was a neighbor so it was fairly quiet after midnight. It was inexpensive for one night.

I didn't realize it didn't have an elevator as it was a 5 story building. It had steep stairs and we were on the 4th floor: me and my 87 year old mother! We couldn't get the suitcase up the stairs so we left it at the bottom and went up and down for items. The room was kindof clean but the floor was dirty; it was more like a quick run through than a good cleaning. The staff hadn't checked their messages as I had sent one of an earlier arrival time of 3:00 instead of 8:00 so our room wasn't ready. Check in is at 3:00 so rooms should have been clean. The bathroom was really tight, warm water as opposed to hot, and didn't have a shower head which I find odd. Are guests stealing them? It also didn't have a lamp so you only had the one light bulb in the ceiling that you had to get up to turn off by the door. The airport was close so it was noisy with takeoffs and landings until midnight. Also the walls were pretty thin so you could hear all the other guests coming and going.
