During our whole stay, which was in many ways extraordinary, we felt accommodated in a very kind and friendly manner. Any requests have been addressed and answered fast and to our satisfaction. The staff, especially Martina, was always available for help with information and definitely did the extra mile to make us feel as comfortable as possible. Thanks again for any support given!
